Are you eligible to apply for a grant?

Monies shall only be given to agencies that serve the basic needs of Rutherford County, Tennessee citizens. Basic needs shall be defined as: food, clothing, shelter and medicine. Related needs such as medical, developmental, protective and some literacy and counseling programs may be considered on a case-by-case basis as funds are available.

No grant money may be used for administrative costs.

Grant applications are due by November 15

Grant monies are typically disbursed in mid to late February
